With travel restrictions in place, you might worry how to solve urgent technical issues in your plant quickly. With our innovative visual support, we have the ability to offer alternative methods of support to help you in these challenging times. Therefore, we decided to offer our innovative visual support for free for urgent technical issues from now until 31 July 2020 or even longer if the current situation requires it.


  • Free of charge visual support for urgent service requests for a limited period of time

  • On-site visits potentially not necessary - no infection risk, no regional limitations

  • Get in touch with our support experts easily and quickly via a mobile App

On top of these support requests we have the capabilities to visually support you remotely on your operative service needs like commissioning and maintenance.

Endress+Hauser Service will contact customers with already planned on-site service jobs for arranging remote visual support sessions. Where necessary, we will provide regular site visits, of course respecting all health precautions.

How to get started with Visual Support

  • Download the "SightCall Visual Support" App on your mobile phone

  • Start a Support Case by calling us on 1300 363 707, select "2" to connect to our Service Department, then "1" to speak to a technician. Otherwise, email us at service.au.sc@endress.com to start a Support Case

  • After a Support Case is created, our team will contact you to arrange and carry out Visual Support via the SightCall Visual Support App

  • If you have scheduled on-site visits planned, our service technicians will contact you
