Field of application

Liquipoint FTW33 is a compact point level switch for hygienic applications. Its fully flush-mounted design enables dead-space-free installation in pipes and vessels. Combining conductive and capacitive measurement principles, Liquipoint FTW33 reliably detects liquids and pasty media while automatically compensating for deposits and fouling. The optional build-up monitoring function allows condition-based cleaning verification to optimize CIP processes.

Liquipoint FTW33 is used in hygienic applications, mainly in the food and beverage industry. Thanks to its compact, fully flush-mounted design, it is ideal for confined installation spaces and applications prone to product build-up. Typical applications include:

  • Point level detection in pipes, storage tanks and process vessels, including vessels with agitators

  • Detection of foam as well as conductive and non-conductive residues such as fouling, biofilm and grease deposits
